I think I would benefit from weekly menu planning. Thanks for sharing yours - it gives me some good ideas!

I menu plan, but just for dinner. I think I'd benefit from doing a breakfast and lunch plan, too. It would help keep me accountable for eating healthy and too often I overlook the items I need to be purchasing for lunch for the kids. Great post, thanks so much!

Thanks for posting your plans. I have started meal planning since Dec 1st and it helps me spend less at the grocery store and less out to eat at the last minute. On busy nights I schedule grilled cheese or a crockpot recipe so I won't be tempted by McDonalds. I am even packing my husband a lunch for work on weekdays. This week's dinners include spinach enchiladas, homemade pizza, homemade mac and cheese, spaghetti and chicken sandwiches.
