Menu Monday

This week's menu is pretty much LAST week's menu.  The meal planning tossed to the side thanks to hubby working nights last week -- and again this week.  So that pretty much means easy meals for just me and the girls!  A nice break after cooking all that food over Christmas!

Shepherd's Pie
